Distributer Swap

Will a duall pick up dist from a 77 400 4bbl work properly in place of a single pick up in my 74 400? I was thinking that hooking up one side would work.

I assume you are talking about the lean burn dual pick up dist , No it will not work right , ther eis no advance mech in the dist , all the advance was programmed into the computer , I could use a part off that dist though
