I have converted my car to 4 wheel disc brakes with the 11.75 mopar calipers up front with the
TSM disc brake conversion 11 calipers out back.
I am going to make some brake lines for my car so will the factory 3/16 brake line size be enough?

probably  not make much difference , but wouldn't a larger diameter brake lines reduce line pressure so you would have to stomp on the brakes harder to stop with discs .

It should work. I used the same front setup and a scarebird rear setup that uses the same rear calipers, and it stops great.

Just don't use rubber lines that'll flex with brake pressure...

You want to stay with smaller lines rather than big ones.  You aren't moving much volume when you press on the brakes.  The pads should be skimming the surface of the rotor at all times so you'll only have a tiny bit of travel at the pistons.
