front and rear bumper interchange--68 and 69

I see a set of front and rear bumpers on ebay, but they came off a 1969, and I have a 1968 that I need the cores for.  Can anyone tell me if they are the same, or will some modification need to be made?  Thanks in advance for the help.  Love the forum, by the way.

The front and rear bumpers are the same for 68 and 69.

The small front bumper guards (vertical chromed bars at either side of the license plate area) on 1969 Chargers that were built after January 1st 1969 were a little bit taller than the other '69s and the '68s.  This issue isn't very common, but you do see those taller guards once in a while.

but not on '68s ever.. might be interesting though...
