Monday here in Detroit gas went up to 3.65, wed. dropped to 3.50, today went to 3.90 for regular, diesel is 4.40-4.50 E85 jumped 50 cents overnight.

Depending where you get gas, It's $3.73 in my town, but 30 minutes south I saw $3.95 today for regular :rotz:


I truely believe this is eco terroizm. While the oil tycoons make Billions, they are laughing at the rest of the world as we go broke. And the governments LOVE it, because this forces people to start buying eco friendly cars. They should ban oil from being traded on the stock market too I think.

My cousin has been telling me to convert my charger to a hybrid since i got it....maybe its time to listen to him?  :coolgleamA:

Regular is somewhere around 3.80ish around here...will tell ya tomorrow as the charger is down to 1/4 tank and the pathfinder is on empty.

I have an 88 Dodge Shadow as my daily driver...went to the gas station today, I was down to 1/2 tank...also took a 6 gallon gas can with me for my lawn equiptment....looked up after all were filled.....$53   :brickwall:

My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

It's insane!!!  It's a monopoly as long as we keep buying foreign oil, and since people NEED it, they will just keep raising it up and up and up! 

$3.99 out here in Coram, NY (Long Island) and I have seen $3.53 by my parents house in Matawan, NJ.  Both are regular prices.

I saw some guy on "Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe" converted his truck to run on used cooking oil...

Thanks for the update, but I dont believe a word any of these people say.  I will believe it when I see the gas prices drop again.

In the Twin Cities regular is about $3.60, mid-grade is about $3.75, and premium is about $3.90.
