Some of those old time rad shops still don't trust electric fans.

I'll try looking it up. Do you remember if it was facing Clay or MLK?

Bull if the top tank needs to be replaced I wouldn't even bother getting it fixed at the local radiator shop. The numbers on the top tank show which type and year of car it is for. If it is replaced with a modern replacement you are better off getting a modine replacement for cheaper. I think someone reproduces the top tanks and stamps numbers in them but I don't remember who. My top tank was shot so I bought a new modine replacement from radiator.com . I think it was around $300 for a 26 in radiator and I got it in a day 3 years ago. I ordered one for a 70 coronet 383 with ac because it was half as much as a 69 charger radiator. 70 does use a different shroud, so if you are looking for originality than don't use a 70 style radiator.

I bought a 4 row off E-bay for $225.00 for a 72 Body and made it fit the 68 Ruuner, Runner is not stock so what do I care? In fact I think it is in 41 Husk 68 Charger now.

As far as the cross flows alumiuum, bougth one of them as well, in my 69 Charger. If I had to do it all over I have two of the cross flow's. Took a 180 Temp fresh 3 row too 155. Man, that is cool!
