I was going thru a few folders on the old confuzer the other day and came across alot of cool photos of all type of things with something to do with or powered by a Hemi engine. Hope you enjoy. :icon_smile_big:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Toyota HEMI... Yep!
I first read about them in a How To Build A Hemi book my friend had. at the time he was building a 325 Hemi for his Hot Rod. I was building a 20R-22R Hybrid Engine for a friends toyota pickup. The 20R has a Simi Hemi head. It has hemispherical combustion chamber, with opposed valves, but the spark plugs come in to the side of the head, like in a poly. Anyway he handed me the hemi book and flipped to the second to last chapter and it was how to build a Toyota hemi. They used them in Limos in the 60s. The book was written in Australia where it is more common to see a Toyota limo. They author was a big fan of the engine because of its small size it fit into older cars such as model As and Ts and didn't need to have the frames lengthened.

Toyota actuly has had a very long some what odd relationship with Chrysler... their first car, the Toyota Model AA was a Chrysler Air Flow...

Here is a link to the V series engine... they say its not a Hemi... but i think they mean its not a Chrysler Hemi, because according to the Hemi book it is a Hemi.

Here is a Link to the 4cyl Hemis... they actuly had adds in Hot Hod back in the late 70s for the Celica saying that is came with a Hemi.

Check the back page of the Mopar Muscel on news stands... Chrysler made a DOHC Hemi... from 1964! I want that engine!
