Cleaned now what???

I Clean my prat up.  I need to prime and paint it. 

What kind of primer paint should I use??  Oh these are for my bumper brackets for 71 Charger.

I what to paint them Black.  Flat or glossy?? what ya think and what ype of paint Should I use??

I am a paint/body novice sorry for so many questions.

For my brackets if their rusty I usually use por 15 or zero rust if they are clean you could epoxy prime and then semi gloss black enamel or uerathane, or if you want to just aerosol spray get some zinc or etch primer in a can and some semi gloss black.
