I've only seen a few pics of some his cars that were at all Carlisle.  Anybody got any more?  I snagged two from dart girl's photo album already.  Thanks in advance.

I thought he had more then 10 hemi cars?

Just exactly how many car haulers was the guy supposed to hire?

::)

I tell ya, if I ever have that kind of money, I'll be just like that guy...one killer collection! :thumbs:

Of course, I'll have to pick something else to collect, since Tim's already cornered the market on 71's. :icon_smile_big:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Thank you to all who've posted pics.  I was considering going to this event just to see these cars but came to my senses just a few days before the show.

I was told that one is "all gunmetal". It's hard to tell in that light and even harder to tell in the pics. That interior looked awesome though.

Me too.  But if you or anyone here ever makes it to San Francisco you are welcome to check out one that Tim doesn't have.  By the way, only one hood open?  Makes me think the other 22 just have 426 badges!  That's my story and I am sticking with it.  Kim

I heard some guys discussing the open/closed hoods. It seems that every so often they would change which hood was open but they never had more than one open at a time. I don't know if it was to provide better photo ops or to keep people coming back for more. None of the hoods were open when I was around.

I have never done a big show like Carlisle, but at the ones I do the main point of interest, by far, is the engine, much more so than the car as a whole (and the whole car is very decent).  I have a routine at the shows: turn the entry card over cause I never have it judged, pop the hood, tape the dealer's window sticker on a window, put a laminated write up on the radiator support with a copy of the broadcast sheet on the reverse side, and after about an hour and a half, I take off the air cleaner, pop off the airgrabber spring and shove open the scoop. Oh, and I give out cookies.  Hey, thanks for posting the pictures -- I was interested in how they looked and they look very, very polished.  Kim

I kinda like the fact the hoods are closed.  It so hard to get pics of cars in their natural state (hood closed) at a car show.   My guess is the engine comparments on all of his cars are prolly pretty much spot-on, so one open at a time was probably sufficient if somebody wanted engine compartment pics.  two cents here.  Thanks again for the pics.

I was in a state of awl when I first walked into building T.  It just about made my eyes water.  I own a FJ6/71 Superbee with the standard 383 engine, it's just amazing to see so many of them at the same time and all different colors
