Found a driveshaft but.....

During my search for a drive shaft I couldn't believe the amount of different choices available on these cars.  How many splines, non removeable or removeable carriage, this yoke or that yoke.  So apparently I've found one that has the right yokes and so on with the minor exception it's only 50.5 inches instead of 51 inches.  Now my question is, is this going to make a big difference?  I will be abusing this car a little at the track and don't know if going  half an inch shorter is going to give me trouble?

It's starting to look a lot better to just get one custom built.
