my mom currently owns my dads 1966 Dodge Charger 361, 4spd .......  there is a oil tube on the back of the engine, i believe comes out of the head? well, it is pinched off, can someone tell me what this tube feeds oil to?

Out of the head, or the block?  Not aware of any tube coming out of the head. If the car has an oil pressure guage then there could be a small tube coming out from a small brass fitting on the top/back of the block which would go to the oil pressure guage inside the car.

I'm sure its coming from the block....behind the head......that would be where your oil pressure sending unit goes......right behind the left bank  right??   (driver side)

Is the tube coming from the back of the block where the yellow arrow is pointing?  If so, that's the remnants of a mechanical oil pressure gauge.  Unless there's a "Y" fitting, my guess is your dash gauge is inoperable and you've been assuming there is oil pressure in the engine - not good.
