Weird engine "pause" at full throttles

Last night I was on a parking light stopped. Since was 3 am and without traffoc I wanted to make some kind of test about engine response. Green light did came out and WROOOM, FULL GAS PEDAL TO FLOOR... but wait... first got slow down aceleration, then a death o paused engine and then WROOOOM a perfect response. This happened on 2 seconds or less, less than one second slow down and less than one second "paused" engine. Is second time that happens.

clues about some stuff I have noticed:
-last week was on highway and press gas pedal up to kick down point, and got some brown/black smoke, just on that moment, not an all the aceleration.
-some times when I'm warming up engine, press gas pedal to release the high iddle speed cam and get an instant stumbling and dead engine...is just an instant.

Of course it looks a carb issue or adjustment, but... where to look at ?

-Mixture ?
-aceleration Pump link adjustment ?
-I'm I probably still on the TQ tipical bowl leak ? I have unjoint the carb and no leaks or gas deposits on tipical points ?
-O rings ? they look perfect and when I'm getting join the carb I can feel the O rings pressure.

Maybe is a timming issue ?.... I'm on around 10º. Dist counterweights or springs ?

The pause in acceleration is often called "bog" and the TQ carb is often called the Thermobog for that reason.

The TQ seems to be more sensitive to incorrect calibration than most others. Lean mixture and accelerator pump operation are two possible causes as is the metering rod adjustment.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

so even the fail, that looks some "tipical" on TQs and that doesn't mean really a damaged carb like just needs better calibration.

Check that the choke pull-off diaphragm is holding vacuum.   It acts as a damper on the secondary air valve opening rate.  Without it working properly, you'll get a bog.  You'll also get a bog if you try to loosen the air door tension too much.  Far too many 'carburetor cowboys'  ::) will do this thinking they'll get more power.  In that instance, keep tightening the door until you no longer feel the bog - the engine will take the air it needs.

The TQ is a very sophisticated and capable carburetor.  It got a bad rap simply because it wasn't foolproof.
