C500 Hood Latch

Is the hood latch the one from a 68 or 69 charger. This is the one from my grill (same as the one on my 68 charger) but it's been cut to the bolt holes. Was this done at creative or has it been butchered by someone. Pics of untouched c500 ones would be nice.

Thanks for that. Good pics as I can also see how the grill badge is held on & the hood release lever is painted all black.
