Thank for finding/posting Tan Top. The location in the ad is only about an hour from me so I've been pursuing the car, even though the whole thing smells a little off. I've been texting with the seller and they did provide a very grainy pic of what's left of the fender tag. It's almost gone but you can just make out the A33 code that would denote a track pack and potentially validate the car. It's still very fishy but there's been no request for funds to transfer or anything...yet.

Then I did some reverse google image searching and actually found a post from a random Australian guy's Instagram from 2022 of the same car, claiming to have purchased it out of Arizona. It's unequivocally the same car and you can even see the same house in the background as the Craigslist ad.

We'll see where it goes but right now I'm treating it as a scam.

*Update* I KNEW I recognized this car I just couldn't place it immediately...
