Can anyone identify this rear quarter panel skin?

All I know is that it's definitely not for a 1969 Dodge Charger like I ordered. They're sending a [hopefully correct, this time] replacement and told me to just keep this wrong one because they don't want to pay for return shipping on it.

It has a distinctive curved body line above the wheel opening that looks kind of familiar, but I can't place it.
