"L" Code 440 Engine with 4 spd.... but appears to be in pretty decent shape for restoration ? 
Well OK.... but still far better than many others I've seen.

I didn't see any mention of a Fender Tag ?
but with the Broadcast Sheet, Dash, Trans & Body VIN's all still there, IMO, this one makes the case as to why the repop Tags should be available representative therein of a '69 Charger R/T 440/4spd V88.
