440 source passenger side waterpump housing?

Looking to replace the housing on a 440 with the passenger side intake. 440 source  is the only one I can find. Are there issue with the small ports on this one like there was on the early drivers side inlet?

Planning on the Milodon pump.

Sorry,  I should have said replace it with a new aluminum housing. The current housing is serviceable.
