The weather held long enough to squeeze in a car show here in the NW. My photographic skills really sucked today but considering I was holding a bag of fries, taking care of a four-year-old, trying to squeeze off shots between spectators and only had an hour to take it all in I guess I did alright. I know, excuses, excuses. Sorry for cutting off the front corner of your purple '70, Mike, but there were several other cars I goofed up on worse (I won't be posting those). :-\

This sure looks like the same 70 charger that won best charger at our charger meet 5yrs ago. At the time
an older lady owned it, very nice person, and a sweet car, I think I have some shots of it 5yrs ago.

Yep same car, look at the hub caps  ;D

Hey Mike, Bull
Was that red 68 charger a real R/T?  I wanted to know if that was the 68 that was for sale
in portland a month ago. He said it was PP1 Red 383 AC car, just wondered if it was the same car. I was
trying to buy it, but he never said it had R/T emblems on it.

Mike knows the guy and more about the car but I asked the owner and he did say he bought in Portland about a month ago. It is not a real R/T. I looked at the fender tag and saw that it was an XP car so I asked him and he said it was originally a 383/2bbl car. And he said he also looked at the one we talked about (the one with the "fresh" restoration) and said much of the window trim was missing and the paint was bubbling, plus a small list of other problems. What's odd about the red '68 clone at the show is that it had a rear window defroster with the switch in the dash but there was a delete plate over the defroster switch? ??? What the heck does that mean? They didn't come that way did they? I believe it did have A/C too.

Now I have to convince her to look at the camera. :pity:

I thought she was just being a bit shy.  Mine does the same sometimes and other times she wants to get right into the lens.

Great pics!
