Looking for guidance - I have a 68 H code QQ1 console auto matching numbers with fender tag near totally stock.  The back seat was not coming out too easily to I stuck a scope in behind the cardboard separator between trunk and back seat.  Looking back there I found the build sheet and it looks to be in very good shape.  My question is:   am I better off leaving it there (and take a pic of my scope screen) or would it be preferable to pull the seats and remove the sheet?  Advice please?  thanks ---

Just because you see a build sheet does not mean it is the one for your car until you look at the VIN on the paper

I thought I had one for my car but it turned out to be off by one number and was the car before mine
Was same colour and motor size even

id retrieve it and put it in a book with photos and documents...thats what I did

hands down , do what you have to do and  pull the seat and get it someplace safe and secure

cdr

sit outside of the car on a small seat & use your foot to push back on the bottom of the rear seat, it will come loose very easy.
