I have a 71 and the cowl is rusting very badly.  If I can find  a donor car for a front clip, will a 72 - 74 fit it?  How about any other B-bodies?

Yes, the '72-4 will fit although there are some subtle little differences between the '71 and the '73-4.  If you aren't going for a 100 point car, you should be good!
