I'm partial to 70 Chargers, looks like a decent car, be sure to take the time to see it in person or hire someone to scope it out, personally it seems priced rather high for a 383-2, but it depends on how badly you want the car and if the coin is not an issue

I always find it strange myself when someone lists a car for 30-40 K and there is no pics of the engine. I guess they assume most will come look in person but still no engine pics? Description not too detailed either. Does everything work as it should guages, A/C heat etc?? Either way it does look like a very clean car. Guess only way to know for sure is to take a ride to Albany. Good luck

From what I see I see a big red flag. The Heavy Rust pitted holey Fender Tag & the hundreds of big rust pits all around it that they painted over makes me wonder how Rusty it was at one time. I hate when people paint over big Rust Pits, Pet Peeve of mine, especially when I spend lots of time fixing any Pit I see. Lots of Pics but no Trunk Floor Pic? Hiding something No Engine Pics ? Looks nice in Pics but could be Perfume on a Pig.

anybody that knows me knows one of my biggest pet peeve is painted body color Caster/Camber access Plates. I can't see them but I assume the actual Caster Camber Bolts are Painted also. They usually are when the plates are. The Gray Phosphate Coated Hood Hinges are something you'll find on a GM Like a 69 Camaro for example. The Trunk should not have undercoat but Painted. Undercoat is a bad sign. Could mean it was poorly replaced or had heavy duty Rust. From what I'm seeing possible Perfume on a Pig But, I could be wrong, only going by Pics. Close inspection in Person could prove it's better or worse LEON.

If they Restored it themselves as Description implies I'd ask to see Pics of Car before the Restoration. I'd also ask what 10% of the Sheet Metal was replaced?  Ask if Trunk or rear Quarter Panels have been replaced? Ask if inner Front Fenders Replaced?

I see a ''500'' badge on the rear trim piece and the ''Arrow'' badge on the grill. Shouldn't there be a ''500'' badge on the grill also for a Feb. 1970 build date?

yes, tailpanel on ALL 70 Chargers is painted body color, the added textured aluminum tail light facia panel for 500/RT/SE models is black....simple fix on this car

Thanks for all of the input. I passed on the car based on price and several of the things you guys pointed out. I will continue the search for another.

Yes it is on my side of the boarder but with the exchange rate you might make out OK
Now since the boarder is closed you could store it at my place and well I would have to drive it for a while to make sure everything keeps working till you can come get it
