Hi, I know that there are members here that have Chrysler parts books. The question I have is, did the 1972 big block Charger have an option for HP manifolds on both driver and passenger side of engine? If so their part or cast numbers for both sides. To some members, this is very important, but for me it's not. I have a driver and I had my head pipe specially made to fit the HP manifold cast number that I have. I belong to a Facebook group and one of the members is looking for both sides. Thought  that I needed to know myself as well as helping that member out.

😊

The member of the Facebook group was wanting to assemble his engine accurately to the 1972 Charger big block with HP exhaust manifolds. Cast and date code correct if there was indeed HP exhaust manifolds on both sides. Was there even a engine configuration that year that had HP exhaust manifolds, that's why I was asking for someone that had the Exact year parts breakdown of the engine.

yes, 440HP & 400HP in Charger, Road Runner & others had HP (they are actually dual exhaust manifolds, NOT HP) exhaust manifolds

most I've seen have the RH same as '71 & the LH has the new for '72 version with the rib on it

I think "Accurate Exhaust" has a description or chart of the differences. (Things like bolt orientation.)

I have a set of hp manifolds from a 72or 73 440. They are different. I could post a picture later today. They would be for sale. One side is actually NOS I've had for 30 years. Pm me for mr email or phone number. Mark

That is a very nice website, TTI has it going on, as usual you guys are very helpful 👍

Here's what I have. You can see be the dates they are correct for 73. The TTI website does not break down the numbers enough to separate years. Those may be part numbers too. I'll look closer and pull out some 68,69,70and 71 manifolds I have. I've had a set of 72 and they looked just like these I have now. Notice the right side has a strengthening ridge at the top as well.
