Black 1970 Seat Backs - Value?

Trying to get an estimate on the value of these used seat backs.  One is scuffed up.  The other is in better shape but certainly not new.  Any ideas on what these are worth?

Around 290.-/pr for repos at Classic Indust.  More for colors.   Original factory parts are a plus, scratches are a minus.  Likely at least 100.- to someone that needs them and wants original or driver-quality.
