Hello all just wondering if anyone has used any of the repop turn signal lenses available are these a good fit & is there a difference between vendors as far as quality as I've seen a couple different sets.one looked good and another set which the center badge looked pretty average i would love everyone's option before i shell out on a set

the pair of repops i bought from yearone, close to 20 years ago ! looked good but  fitted crap ,
i went with them because i could not find any originals that was not cracked at the time .
the edge of the lense  did not fit flush with the lower front valance holes , they stuck out quite a bit & not evenly either , i  marked out how much with blue fine line on the lense  &  trimed the excess , then i fitted them to my spare valance , & with a DA , 180 grit  carefully sanded the edges to match the contours of the valance. then a quick wet flat with 600 ,  then painted the edge to match. it was another classic  repop parts that dont fit  , overall finished result was ok  good enough at the time & better than my cracked originals .... but was they was not fitting 100 % ! , i kept looking at them  :image_294343:  :P for a while because i knew they did not fit like originals , then forgot about them  ;)

Imagine that, Year One having crappy over-priced repo parts. And then gouge you on shipping.

I will never do business with Year One again. Six years and counting for me.

I'm sure they get everybody, when they first get into the hobby. They got me for one order......

It seems a lot of guys who are in the know find the sources for what they can.

I don't remember where I ordered them, but they were in Stephens Performance boxes. I'd never heard of them at the time. They fit perfectly.

yeah ! not used yearone since about 2008ish

long before the internet ,  were only to pleased to have yearone  , late 80s / 90s , them & motor city originals ,  would only know  where to look through word of mouth at shows / dragstrip  &  hemmings  & mopar mags who selling what etc , remember ordering a catalog  from jacks mopar parts late 80s / early 90s  they use toi have a lot of NOS in the back pages , late 80s early 90s yearone catalogs had lot of NOS too if i remember correctly the part numbers would start with FD  , i was late to the internet party , getting  my own  computer in 03/04 , thinking back  how did we ever get on with out internet  :shruggy:

So how much? please post a link

PM sent... :2thumbs:

I would like the link too.

Thanks for the interest guys! We actually do not have a website nor are we in the business of reproducing Mopar parts. My wife and I, working with both of our sons, own and operate a suspension/drive line business in Minnesota. Our business is run 'old school' and is solely based on integrity and doing good honest work for our customers. As expected, we stock a wide variety of suspension and drive line parts. Over the years, being Mopar enthusiasts ourselves, we have built relationships with many in the industry. The result of that is us stocking 'select' parts that we ourselves and our customers might possibly need. That includes odd parts that don't have much to do with the underside of a vehicle...like these turn signal housings. Typically, I'll pipe up if there is something we do or offer that may help a member of this site.  :2thumbs:
