l have a 69 Charger with vinyl top and on the rear sail panel it has a little blistering going on the sail panel no its not rust but the glue under it gave away.  Is there something on the market that mite soften it some sos l may inject glue under or in it to get it glued down and look normal. l really don't want to peal it up and try to re glue it cause of the stiffness of it which l could end up having to tear it all off. Not an option l like the vinyl top and the rest is in very good shape for 50 years old. Any ideas or suggestions

have you tried to heat it with a heat gun? Work the gun around in a circle so you dont melt the vinyl and press down while its warm
