Im looking to replace the carb on my 74 charger. (All stock 360).  What would be easier to set up right out of the box: Refurbished Thermoquad (from Summit), or a new Holley (whichever Holley recommends for my motor). Im fairly mechanically inclined, but not at the fine art of carb set up.  Any help or experiences would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

What is wrong with the stock one on the car? Consider just rebuilding it.

Stock is always less hassle. Linkage connections, settings, air cleaner fit/clearances and fuel lines are just a few unknowns. (That can add to the cost of a change.)

Stick with what is on there! A lot less hassle.

BTW< I do rebuilds. Feel free to email me. nick@excopllc.com
