Best deals on new parts

Who has the best prices on interior and exterior parts now? Or will deal with ya? Finishing my 1969 Dodge Charger.

Depending upon the part, there is possibly two to three different manufactures for many of the parts and and a number of vendors selling these parts.  Sometimes the cheaper part is just as good as the more expensive part and then on other times, the more expensive part is your best bet.  Nothing beats the quality of NOS or good used parts and even though we manufacture and sell a wide variety of parts, the OEM parts are next to impossible to beat.

In my opinion, it will be difficult to find one vendor who can offer one stop buying for a complete restoration.  So it will take some leg work searching out your needs and who can best fit your needs.  Most of the smaller Mom and Pop vendors are more knowledgeable of the product than a salesperson reading from a description on the computer screen.

Also find a vendor who will provide you with a factual description of the product.  It is amazing the number of people who we deal with for example will purchase a trunk mat and when it arrives, it is one of the cheaper thin vinyl pieces or they purchase weatherstripping that should have been flocked.  The customer only knows that the price is good, but upon receiving the part, they find out that they could have purchased a superior product for a bit more money.
