Wiper don't go to park position

'68 Charger ..wiper stop when you push the button, wherever they are .. what would be the problem.. also the flashers don't work ..there is power at the flasher leads both sides ..would that mean problem at the switch ?  thanks

Could be a bad ground at the motor or switch. There is a park switch in the wiper motor, could be malfunctioning. Sometimes it's just dirty contacts in the park switch.

A faulty flasher will show power on both sides but won't break the circuit to cause a flash. Replace the flasher.
