Please help identify these parts...

What are they, what kind of car do they belong on, and where do they go? :shruggy:

I saw these the other day
Was working on a friends car
72 Charger
They were on the top fender bolt location on the cowl by the corner of the door
next project 70 Charger FJ5 green
