HELP, dome light placement

Ok, its been a few years since we got my charger back together and I'm running down a list of things we didn't get to.

I have a new headliner in and I am chicken to cut a hole in it for the dome light.

any detailed pictures of that area in the raw would be greatly appreciated

I don't have any pics with the headliner out but here is some pics of the placement on my 69.

From the rear view mirror mount, the mounting holes are about 31 1/4". The hole for the light is about 3/4" from that so around 30 1/2" is where you'll have to cut. From the passenger door trim to the center of the dome light is 24". Each hole is about a 3/4" to each side of the center. Hopefully that will help out.
