He also has a title to go with his VIN.  Because it's a 70 the radiator support and trunk rail number IS the VIN unlike a 68 which is only the VON.  Engine might have VIN on it also..

I seen this car in person this past Saturday. It is a pos.  Not much useable parts on there. He said about checking the back seat for build sheet but there was no back seat even there lol.

So if you try to use the numbers from the rad support for the VIN do you just guess if it was XP or XS and the letter for the motor ? Maybe it was a V or a J ??

Then what happens when another green 70 Charger shows up in the DMV system with the same VIN ?
He does not have the tags so there should be no way to get an ownership for this body with what is there

It was in a salvage yard for over 30 years. I know the guy that has the yard. That guy just bought the car this past Saturday the day I saw it. It's a base model xh car with the front bench seat. So more than likely the vin and tag are on another charger somewhere.

Drivers door is there, is there a VIN on it?  If the VIN is on the engine, that would answer the engine question.  An XH car because no door scoop holes,bench seat car, no door scoop holes,and no tail panel holes.

Collects warm air from around exhaust manifold and lets some go into air cleaner to help warm motor up faster
