I see a lot ebay chargers on here but I hate to see one almost finished and then have to sell...especially as in this case a vet who is having health issues which is definitely understandable.   Then there are the ones where they are about 90% finished but they are just burned out or want another project so they go up for sale for a lot less than if they just would have stuck it out and finished.  Anyways, best of luck to this guy and maybe he will get to finish his Charger dream some day.
