Park and brake lights out

All of my lights were working but now it's only the head lights and turn signals. The park and brake lights don't work. Fuse is good. Checked for loose wires under dash. Suggestions?

66 Coronet.

Hey guys,  is this one of the cases where a circuit for some lights goes thru the turn signal switch?  I have read about, on here, that this is the arrangement for my 69 Charger but is it true for this 66 coronet?

Park lights don't work...front or rear or both?

Park lights don't run through the TS switch but the brake lights do.

Both front and rear park lights do not work. 

Although coincidentally,  my 69 Charger front park lights just stopped working today! Those rear park lights work.
I don't care much about the park lights but I definitely need the brake lights to work on the 66. I replaced the master cylinder last month but the wiring is intact how it should be. I'm at a loss.

Front park lights run through the firewall connector, a known source of problems, but the rear park lights wiring is all inside the car. Both out would make me suspect the HL switch. No brake lights with a good fuse can be either the BL switch or the TS switch.

Basic troubleshooting with a test light will find the problem.

Where do I put the test light or multimeter?

No power at the BL switch.
No power in the trunk from the wire that delivers parking light power.

It's not the bL or the hL switch. I replaced both. I tried jumping from fuse to bL and it didn't work. Still no brake or park lights.
I'm ordering a tS switch but in the meantime...

Any other suggestions??

Should my test light come on if I touch each wire from the tS switch at the connector below the column?
The only one I get a signal from is the horn. No light, but the horn sounds.

That is weird because front parking lights are double sourced ( front and rear circuits ) from switch on 69 on 1st switch postition, then on headlights position are just sourced from rear circuit with a jumper. We must remember up to 68 the fronts turns off when headlights are on. 69s used same switch but just a jumper on wiring to keep them on

If rears work on your 69, then points out a wiring/plugs deal

Lets priorize the brake light on the Coronet

You must get constant voltage coming from fusebox on pink wire at brake pedal switch. If not, there is a fuse problem, MAYBE not the fuse itself but holders or wires on back.

Then FROM THERE with a white wire, the signal gets the hazzard switch ( well at least on 67/68 B bodies ) and then to turning switch on same white wire. I actually haven't checked 66 Coromet diagram, but should be similar. So you could chck the white wire arriving and coming out from hazzard if is getting some output when giving brakes... then check if is getting the turning switch plug dow. The column.

From turning switch the white wire becomes in splitted signal, dark green and brown to feed both sides, being these used for brakes, turnings and hazzards.

Have you got any other rear high intensity light ( turning or hazzard ) ? Or just missed brakes?

Nacho, the rear turn signals work. No brake or park lights.
I tried checking power at the pink and white wires but might not have done it right.

Ok, as mentioned if the pink wire at pedal switch gets power, then could be hazzard or turning switch, even being the turning signals are working! Maybe it could be in fact just the canceling cam which as far I recall drives this signal.

If the pink wire is not hot, then as mentioned, fuse box... fuse holders or wires on backside. USUALLY the brake lights fuse is linked to dome light &/or hazzards... do you have any of them?.

Need to note, SOMETIMES, fuses are broken on ends and these are not visible due the caps.

I don't have some lights. But I didn't have dome lights when all the lights were working. I replaced the fuse even though the old one was good and still nothing.

I checked the pink wire at the kick panel and white wire at the turn signal switch connection on the column.

pink wire at PEDAL switch is the one what must be hot to feed the brake lights

New TS switch did not fix the problem. It actually caused more problems. I had to run the wires under the column instead of through it. And now the horn won't turn off.
