Mopar Performance Parts torque converter 166K Stall speed?

I have an old Mopar Preformance parts torque converter P/N P4876878AB, I bought it years ago used it in a 383 for maybe 1200 miles before I replaced the 383 and 727 with a rebuilt 440, with a rebuilt 727, but the trans was a 1966 so do to the spline change that year this one would not fit the newly rebuilt transmission.
So I drained as much atf as I could, put the plastic cap on it and back in the box it went.
Now years later I have am going to install a rebuilt trans in to my mostly stock(1969 "H" code) 383 4bbl car.
Would this be a good torque convertor to use, or am I better off with a stock one.
It has been YEARS, but I think the 166K is Mopars way of saying 2200-2300 stall speed.


So first question would be what is the Mopar 166k=to in stall speed?


And if  that is correct (166K=2300rpm stall)  would a 2200-2300 stall speed be a good match for a street cruiser,1969 383,W/ headers and with 3.23 gears?
