SB crankshaft pulleys what is this

Crankshaft pulleys, I bought this original add on kit for air conditioning for my 340. Is one pulley for non power steering and the other for power steering or do both go on together?

The stamped top pulley appears to be for non-AC with a Mopar V2 compressor, 2 sheaves for the compressor and one for the WP. The lower cast pulley is for direct crankshaft mount without a damper  

There are compressor mounting brackets for both the Mopar V2 and the square-mount York/Tecumseh, Maybe some of the parts aren't for a Mopar.
