Hey guys I'm fairly new to the forum so this is my first time posting something, any help would be much appreciated.
I got a 440 hp engine block , a Dana 60 and a 4 speed transmission with shifter bell housing and pedals. everything came out of a 69 charger RT
I checked the numbers and yes it looks like everything is dated 69 besides the block that shows 68 but as far as I know they were used in 69 models.

I'm considering in selling the complete drive train or in pieces, any idea what is it worth?

Not only would it be difficult to find one buyer for the whole package, but it would be worth more in the end if you piece everything out.

 thanks for sharing the picture , appreciated  :cheers:

your 440 is in fact from a 1968 car , the D means  1968 , E = 1969

   D = 1968  model

   HP = high performance   2 = second  shift

   7  28  = july  28th assembly date

 vin 8G103955  *corrected thought 55 , but is maybe 53 *

That would be from a very early 1968 model car (the block would have a 1967 casting date too).  Since it's from a car assembled at the St. Louis Assembly Plant, it rules out the possibility it was originally installed in a Charger.  St. Louis didn't start producing Chargers until MUCH later in the 1968 model year.

:Twocents:

the engine would've been originally from an early '68 GTX or Coronet R/T

is there a VIN stamping on the transmission - how many splines on the input shaft 18 or 23?

depending on how complete & condition $2000 to $5000 for everything  :shruggy:
