Leaking valley pan

I was just wondering if a small hole in valley pan gasket will cause the car to not run right or does it just keep oil and coolant in thanks for the help

Would definitely screw up the PVC system. Goop... or JB weld would be an easy way out.

Thx it just stumbles when I plug hole it seems to run ok
