No More RHD Mopars

Never mind...they never officially imported any of the decent models to the UK anyway (no Chargers, Challengers, Hellcats etc)..so no real loss here.

If you really want one just personally import a left hand dive one...what difference does it make? I've owned a few LHD cars in the UK (Firebird, Citroen DS, 2x Lancia Delta Intergrale, New VW Beetle.....before right hand drive ones where officially imported) .....does not make a lot of difference (to me at least) which side the steering wheel is on. If anything it feels more like a real American car when the wheel on the left!

Thats a shame... Ford and GM have just finished operations in Australia and now they say they won't produce RHD cars for our market?? To hell with them then... I'll gladly drive a Great Wall bucket... Ford & GM were ripping off the Aussie taxpayers here anyway to the tune of at least $20 billion US... just so we could say that we still had jobs here... Better Red then Dead!!!

....and you certainly can still buy a right hand drive Chevrolet in the UK.....not what you guys might call a Chevy as they are really re-badged Daewoo cars....

To be honest I never knew they EVER built RHD "proper" Chevys ...they never imported them here....probably knew the UK fuel costs would make them a non starter sales wise!
