What years and other cars can I use the frame rails out of for a 70 Charger?

Any 68-70 B body rails will work in your 70 Charger. I believe even 4 door 68-70 Satellites and Coronets will interchange as well.

All 2 and 4 door b body rails will work. The difference is in the rear leaf spring mount area. Dodge and Plymouth are different. The Plymouths will work if both are swapped into your Dodge not just one.
