New six pack center carbs - what are the differences?

I am shopping for a new center carb for my sixpack set up and came across these on Ebay.  JEGS also has 2 different center carbs for a 440 that vary in price (about $100).. what is the difference here? I am not concerned with correct year, etc, just want a nice, new carb.

My current center carb did not survive the 15 year restoration very well so I am looking to replace.

The 4144-1 is for 69-70 other than part number not sure of the difference if any?
