My 25 amp ignition fuse #20 has blown a couple of times while on a rough road.  I can just plug in a new fuse and it runs fine until I go over that patch of road again.  I assume that a mouse has eaten some insulation and it's just grounding out somewhere, but I can see no obvious damage.  If I get a scanner will that tell me of past events if there happens to be a component error happening?

MAYBE a high end scanner ,MIGHT have some type of component testing, but I doubt it will help with your issue.
Sounds like a DMV, or power probe/test light, flash light and a lot of testing are in your future.
That's sucks, good luck.

Ended up taking it to the dealership.  I know, I know.  A harness was "chafing" on the A/C compressor that somehow led back to the fuse.  $435.00 later and I'm done........
