Hi guys,

Has anyone already bought B body 68-69 dash pads from Classic Industries?

I would like opinios about their produts. I am swaping my tan interior and I need new black pads for my dash. I've looked around and they have the best price untill now. I tried Justin Dashes, but the prices surprising me, too much expensive.

Have you already bought 68 Charger dash pads from them? Their stuffs are good and similar the originals?

If you guys have another website or place to suggest, please let me know.

Thank you for your comments.

Depends which one you're buying?

The cheaper one will come via B&E (us)/ PG classics (can). It has beautiful grain that is almost exact to OEM.. but absolutely no correct details to angles and correct shape in the heater control area.

The most expensive one will come from Legendary Interiors and it is ABSOLUTELY perfect on profile, but unfortunately has ZERO grain and they're not apparently interested in making it right.

I have bought both.. sent them both back.  :brickwall:

I just bought all upholstery from Legendary, but they only offered to me the top dash pad.

I don't want bad components, I will restore my charger and obviously I want it has the best interior for all eyes. I've just spent about $2500 with the order to Legendary and now I need to get the dash parts. I don't believe that dye it will be a good solution, as well as I can't spend more $2000 with the dash.

I would like to find a supplier which offer good parts for a fair price (dream of everyone here lol).

at this point for 68/69 the upper dash pad is all that is made repro, to my knowledge . the knee pads I have not see.

I tried.. I have asked.. nobody has a solution as to a correct supplier for an upper dash pad. Baffled by such, considering how much reproduction stuff is out there.

I ended up cleaning up my original and Loctite gluing a small crack underneath. If you go to my Super Bee restoration thread you can see the dash pads I received and their "non-spec" issues.

If perfect shape at the heater controls and less than perfect profile at the top deck and door ends don't matter to you, I'd try the B&E / PG classics sets.

Although I haven't seen/tried any of their dash pads, ABCmoparts.com has been getting good remarks/reviews from Moparts.com members that have purchased their A and B body line of repro dashpads, I'm tempted to try one of their E body dashpads, as I tire of the repro dashpad chase also
