Which engine does this converter belong too?

Ive got one unknown built 440 engine from another car with the thick balancer as shown.  The other is from a 383.  Both are 11"  One has a huge weight added to it and the other one none.  I'm assuming the weighted one goes to the thick balancer and the none weighted to the 383.  Please correct me if I'm wrong  383 is a 70  440 I'm unsure at the moment. It wasn't original to the car it came out of.

That weight looks like what I have seen on 71-92 360 engines. Those also need a matching harmonic dampner to properly balance the engine to factory specs. The 11" converter was used in most 727 applications. They also offered a 12" version that was common in C bodies, Motorhomes, trucks and vans.
The converter with no weight is a neutral balance unit that could have been used with anything from a slant six to a 440 as long as the engine was neutral balance.
