I have smoke coming from my drivers side exhaust.  Do I need a rebuild?

looks like left bank valve seals are bad to me...does the car have a lack of power? is it hard starting? does it smoke worst when you first start it?

it doesn't lack power, its not hard starting.
It doesn't smoke when you first start it, but after about 4 minutes and when its warmed up.  Ideling or reving, there still smoke.
Here are the results of a compression test I did.

Do a leak down test, that will narrow it down for you.

compression looks still good to me, not the best on some cilinders but still good. I would say just valve seals or maybe heads rebuilt job; guides or oversized valves. Maybe in fact just the head gaskets.

mine has  150-165 across the board as far as compression tests are concerned.  Valve seals usually smoke worse at start up and idling situations  and clears up after acceleration, and when you idle back down, the smoke thickens again.  Unless of course those seals are REALLY toast.  The video shows a good amount of smoke all of the time from that left bank.  Judging by the compression test you did,  I don't THINK it's a piston ring issue.  I want to lean toward a head gasket problem.  I could be wrong, of course,  but as was posted before....a leakdown test will help determine the cause.   Make sure both intake and exhaust valves are closed completely on each cylinder while checking each cylinder during that test.
