Very awesome!  That's going to be an incredible ride.  And you picked my favorite color!   :2thumbs:

I am always impressed by the packaging of modern cars.  Seeing it partially constructed really gives you an cool idea of how they design and assemble these vehicles.

It is a very cool process. 50 years ago we had fender tags and build sheets now full photo documentation.
Thanks

Your threads are always so much fun to follow! I am impressed with the way Dodge is keeping you updated. Very cool approach to buying such a special car. Ford did some cool things with the '05-06 GT supercar build process, inviting purchasers to come visit their car on the assembly line, and I know Corvette folks sometimes do the same. My youngest son (10) is always after me to buy a Viper. This thread sure does tempt me! Thanks for taking the time to post all of your interesting stuff.

I would (he has excellent taste already, at 10), but I just bought a McLaren, so my wife has imposed a spending freeze on frivolous cars for a bit.

It is cool and certainly takes in the guesswork out of the alignment. It would be nice to use it on my Charger ;-)

The words McLaren and frivolous cars, don't belong in the same sentence!  :slap:
But a McLaren in your garage is very cool! Congrats!

Just received my weekly progress pictures and could not be more excited! This is what they call final assembly. Every step of this process has been so cool and it really makes you feel like you're part of the build.
Thanks

The wheel color it's called brass monkey,  and I tried to get them to do the gas cap in the same color but unfortunately they could not.  The jeep grand Cherokee is a great vehicle, my wife had a 2012 and now she's waiting for the 2018 with the hellcat.
Thank you
Pat
