Mytur Binsdirti

The price it's at now ($3,750) is about what it's worth. Being that it's just a Satellite Sebring in not very good condition, the VIN and fender tag doesn't make THAT car special enough to warrant big bucks.

In Description He said Mark Worman from Graveyard Cars was the best & said he would Charge $460k to Restore. I cant' believe he said that much, especially since he told the guy buying my solid rust free Charger $75k+.  Would rust add another $390k to his price :scratchchin: :shruggy: :slap: Seller say's this car is #1 off line. Wouldn't be #2 off the line. LEON.

Looks like it has about as much rust as my '72 Satellite had. Mine was originally lime green on the top & silver on the bottom, with a 400 & 727.

I wonder how the passenger door on this pilot car got mangled in the manner that it is?

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

That's gotta be a typo for $46k.

$46 sounds like a typo, why $75 on my rustfree car with mint no rust trunk or body but $46 on this rusty heap?

I used to work on low # Vin pilots cars all the time where I worked. Had lots of cool pics on my camera phone but then lost the phone. LEON.

The 2 tone cars were "Satellite Sebring Plus" models.

I sold mine a few years ago, it'd been sitting for 30+ years. I got all the mechanicals straightened out, but it still needed body (a few dents but no rust at all), paint, and interior work. Mine was a numbers matching P code with a 400HP big block, 727, 8 3/4 with 3.23. I put it on Ebay and was bid up to $7100, but turns out was a deadbeat bidder. I ended up selling it locally for $6000.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

I love this oddball stuff. It doesn't matter if its a 318 Satellite. It's a great conversation piece and would be fine cruiser - great color combo with AC and PW.

I bet it will bid around 6k+, but that probably won't reach the reserve.

GOTWING

It is a neat car, i would ad a tuff wheel factory bazooka tips out the back and road wheels during the restoration.

I added it to my 72 Satellite album the other day..

$5105 this time with reserve still not met.

What was that saying about the definition of insanity?

Hope it finds a good home eventually.
