front valance , bumper , grill . What order ?

working on putting the front together on my 68. what is the best order to put them on? I thought grill and work down but then I don't know how I am going to get all the bolts that hold on the lower valance ? mainly the two that come straight into the front of each fender at the corner . ??

  grill , bumper , valance   , you have access to the valance bolts , via   removing the front lower metal splash shields  , if they are not already removed ( these should not be fitted at this stage anyways ) ....  you can also fit the bumper last , but its bit of a pain to tighten all the bumper bolts , so plan of having an assortment of 1/4 & 3/8  extension bars etc  if bumper last  , no matter what way you do , the above mentioned , leave all the bumper bracket loose , so final alignment can be done .

if you run into any problems or not sure of anything  , post up pictures etc &  we will all help if we can ,
