So, what did you use on the tail light panel?  I'm starting to think about mine. Did the black get sprayed over the body color or just the primer?  Also it looks like you put the quarter extensions on and then painted.  You don't expect to take them off again?

I used a textured flat black paint for the tail panel.

As for the extensions. They were on when I painted it. I space them out so they are not touching,then they can come back off to get the plastic spacer gasket in.
