Well, here's the next best thing: Check the link below to download 3 laps of in-car camera in the Oly Express, Petty-Enterprises-built, 74 Hemi Nascar Charger going around Portland International Raceway. Warning: 44MB took me 2.5 hours to download on dial up (but was worth it).
