Six Pack Linkage with tti headers

I need to figure out how to run the kickdown linkage on my '68 Charger with 2" tti headers (440), I know there are modifications needed for a single carb, however from the pictures it looks as the six pack linkage is in a different position and different length.

Not sure if I should go cable or linkage and want to see what others have done before I start spending money testing things out.(or if there is any modification needed)
