quarter window stuck

My drivers side quarter window is stuck in the up position, just an inch from being fully up.  It's jammed.  Looks like the arm of the regulator is bowed.  I had to roll it up at the drag strip, and did not realize it was jammed up.  I have always driven the car with the windows down..
Any suggestions on getting it free?   I'll probably need to fix or replace the regulator.

If you can get to it then you can straighten it somewhat with two pliers. That should give you enough movement to get the glass down so you have access to the two bolts holding the glass to the frame. You can then take the mechanism apart and remove it.

Once out you can straighten the mechanism but the metal might be weakened and bend again later on, so I'd replace it with a good used unit.

More than once I've seen the bolt for the stop catch as its a bit too long.
Take a look along its track and see if this might be your problem.

I have a nice LH rear quarter regulator if you go the replacement route.
